

GTM Engineer
Location: Remote

Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer — someone who can build and run full-stack lead generation campaigns for our clients using our Apollo → Clay → n8n → AI → Heyreach → Instantly → Slack → Calendly flow. You’ll execute campaigns end-to-end, optimize them for performance, and help us standardize a system others can follow.

What You’ll Do
As a Campaign Operator:
Build and launch multichannel outreach campaigns for clients.
Source and segment leads in Apollo based on client ICP.
Push leads to Clay, manage enrichment, and feed structured data into our AI pipelines.
Generate and QA personalized email + LinkedIn copy via RAG-powered AI.
Set up outreach in Heyreach and Instantly with warmed inboxes and correct throttles.
Manage deliverability, inbox health, and domain reputation.
Track performance and report insights to clients in Slack.
As a System Builder:
Improve and modularize our GTM flow so any client can launch in under a day.
Create reusable n8n nodes, scraping scripts, and AI prompt templates.
Identify and solve bottlenecks in enrichment, messaging, and outreach.
Document SOPs for scale and train new GTM Engineers.
Collaborate with product and ops to evolve Moha’s GTM tech stack.

What We’re Looking For
1–4 years in sales ops, marketing ops, or GTM automation roles.
Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn/email outreach tools.
Comfort building workflows in n8n, Zapier, or similar.
Familiarity with AI prompting and RAG workflows.
Strong operational mindset — you think in systems, not one-offs.
Bonus: scraping experience (Python/JS) or deliverability management.
Bonus: you’ve hired, coached, or helped build a GTM/ops team before.
What You’ll Grow Into
This is one of Moha’s first GTM Engineers. You’ll shape how we deliver for clients, standardize our flows, and scale the department. Prove you can run and improve campaigns, and you’ll have opportunity to move into leadership — owning the GTM engineering vertical across all accounts.
