- Use Moha in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Not reverse-engineer or misuse any part of Moha’s proprietary systems

3. Account Access and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Moha is not liable for unauthorized access that results from your failure to secure your credentials.
If you integrate Moha with third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, CRMs), you authorize us to access and use data as needed to deliver our services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Send spam or abuse Moha’s automation features
- Violate data privacy laws or send messages to leads without appropriate consent
- Attempt to harm the service, compromise its security, or gain unauthorized access
Moha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software within Moha are the property of Moha Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of our service without permission.
6. Payment and Billing
Moha may offer paid plans. If so:
- Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- You agree to keep your payment info current
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle
We may update pricing with advance notice.
7. Termination
You may cancel your Moha subscription at any time. Moha reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the platform.
Upon termination, we may delete your account and all associated data unless required to retain it for legal or operational purposes.
8. Disclaimer
Moha is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
Moha is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of Moha after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
