

Founding Sales Driver (AE + Outbound Lead)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Commission-based to start, with rapid path to base + override + leadership
The Role
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial sales driver — someone who can both close inbound leads and build an outbound motion from scratch. You’ll handle early accounts, nurture relationships, and upsell… but you’ll also create what doesn’t exist yet: our outbound engine, our playbook, our team.

What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive:
Field inbound leads and discovery calls
Drive deals from interest → close
Build relationships with early clients
Find upsell opportunities and expand accounts
Deliver feedback from the field to product + ops
As our Outbound Builder:
Set up our outbound system (tools, process, cadence)
Research and test messaging, sequences, and lead sources
Prospect and reach out to high-value targets yourself
Bring in our first outbound clients
Hire, train, and lead additional reps as the model proves out

Moha automates a lot. But not everything. Some deals need a real conversation, a personal touch, a closer. This role leads everything sales-related that isn’t automated — and builds the system around that.
You’re not slotting into a polished process. You’re building one that others will follow.
What We're Looking For
1–4 years in a sales, growth, or SDR/AE role
Proven closer — you’ve run your own deals start to finish
Hungry to own something and grow it
Confident communicator (email, Zoom, LinkedIn, text)
Comfortable in chaos — excited by 0→1, not phased by blank docs
Experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Clay, Mailgun, Slack) a plus
Bonus: you’ve hired, coached, or helped build a sales team before
What You’ll Grow Into
This is the first sales hire at Moha. You’ll be at the center of how we grow. Prove you can drive revenue and you’ll shape the sales org from the ground up — comp structure, hiring, leadership, and more.
