Paying per lead rewards volume, and volume is what damages sending domains and wastes your reps' time. A flat retainer means our incentive is the same as yours.

Who actually does the work?
Our own team. The person writing your sequences, building your lists and answering your replies works here rather than at a subcontractor. It is slower to scale that way and it is the only way the channels can genuinely inform each other.
How many clients do you take on?
Fewer than we could. Outbound quality degrades when the same team is stretched across too many accounts, and a thin service is worse than no service. If we do not have the capacity to do your work properly we will say so.
What happens in the first month?
Audit, then build, then a controlled start. Nothing goes out at volume in week one, because the first fortnight is where the mistakes that cost you three months later are either made or avoided.
Do you work with our existing agency?
Often, yes. If someone already runs your paid search or your website well, there is no reason to replace them. We will tell you where the overlap sits so nobody is paying twice for the same work.
